4. SMS & Telephone Communications (TCPA Notice)
OrderMint may communicate with businesses via telephone calls or SMS/text messages where legally permitted.
By providing a phone number to OrderMint, including during onboarding, account setup, or direct communication, the Client represents that they are authorized to receive communications at that number on behalf of the business.
For cold outreach, OrderMint contacts businesses using publicly available business contact information. Such communications are informational or service-related in nature and are not sent using automated dialing systems where prohibited by law.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier.
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or by contacting OrderMint directly. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing services.
5. Client Data & Ownership
As stated in our Service Agreement:
Clients retain full ownership of their customer and order data
Customer and order data is specific to each restaurant location
OrderMint accesses and processes Client data solely for the purpose of providing services
Upon request and prior to service cancellation, Clients may request data exports in CSV or Excel format. After cancellation is finalized, data access may no longer be available.
6. Payment Information
OrderMint does not collect or store customer payment card information.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors selected by the Client. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and security standards. OrderMint is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment processors.
